1. What is your role at Diamond?
My role at Diamond is the Resources Coordinator, I coordinate the schedules of all of our System Administrators/Project Technicians to perform onsite work for our customers.
2. What do you like most about working at Diamond?
The team at Diamond are so helpful and no request is too hard for another staff member to help out. My partner and I recently moved from Townsville in North Queensland, and having this support at work has also made the relocation easier.
3. Why did you choose to enter the field?
Initially completely by accident, but I still really enjoy and have plenty of experience in scheduling! In my previous role I also scheduled technicians to perform onsite work for our customers and this role is very similar. So although IT isn’t my background I have really enjoyed learning about a new industry, different equipment and processes as much as I can.
4. If you could meet anyone, living or dead who would you choose?
Freddie Mercury, such an amazing musician and voice.
5. People would be surprised to know...
I have played Violin since Grade 3!
