Tell us a bit about your role as Solution Delivery Support at Diamond IT?
While this is a newly created and unfolding position, my primary focus is to provide support to our Software Development, Business Technology Consulting and Design Teams.

Tell us a bit about your background?
I bring a diverse range of experiences to the table. In addition to being a qualified Nurse, I possess an extensive background in both the construction and motor vehicle industries. I am deeply enthusiastic about engaging in practical, hands-on experiences and delving into the intricacies of every opportunity with a high level of expertise.
My journey began in the sunny town of Townsville. After relocating to Sydney and spending six significant years there, my family and I took a transformative step, deciding to move to the stunning Port Stephens area, where we have set up our new home.
Why did you choose a career in technology?
My transition into the field of IT was serendipitous, unfolding in perfect harmony with my growing interest in the industry. The sector's swift expansion and increasing demand have captured my attention, driving my fascination with it.
Embarking on this new path fills me with excitement as I delve into an industry that is in a constant state of growth. My goal is to immerse myself fully and absorb a wealth of knowledge along the way!
What is your favourite piece of technology?
I have two that are of equal importance to me. First is my amazing robot vacuum (his name is Swiper), that proves its value daily in eliminating the need for me to vacuum, keeping the Labrador shedding at bay.
My second favourite piece of technology is my solar panels. They are supportive of the sustainable future we all desire and aid in reducing the hefty energy bills we all despise paying.
When you’re not at work, where would we find you?
I thrive when I'm constantly engaged in activities. Whether it's lifting heavy weights at the gym or managing the schedules of my two daughters as they participate in numerous extracurricular activities, I'm always on the move.
Exploring the Australian outback and the picturesque Hunter/Newcastle region is a passion of mine, allowing me to be immersed in the beauty of our surroundings. Being a young family, we cherish our moments outdoors, making the most of the fresh air and sunshine that it offers.
