We'd like you to meet one of our Customer Success Associates, Tayla Scott.
As a Customer Success Associate, my main role is to provide support to our Customer Success team which is managed by (Nathan Rhodes) as our Customer Success Manager.
The Customer Success team at Diamond IT is responsible for ensuring the success of our customers through our products, with the aim to maximise customer satisfaction & stay in touch with their business and strategic objectives.
Before working for Diamond IT, I held various positions within the financial sector (specifically banking). Originally from Sydney, I now reside in the beautiful Port Stephens area and am adapting to the calmer lifestyle it offers.
It allows opportunities for growth within an industry that holds strong future prospects. As a Gen Z, I have a natural affinity to tech, and as such, am excited to work for an organisation that supports the fast paced, changing environment that this sector demands.
By far, my Apple Watch. As a busy mum and never with enough hands, the capabilities of a smart phone attached to my wrist allows me to juggle a busy day, full of tasks, without missing a beat. Who wouldn't want one??
I tend to spend my weekends exerting all my one-year-olds energy, going on family adventures and discovering new breakfast spots in Newcastle and Port Stephens.
